I hope that the ‘what was I thinking’ is not confusing. Sometimes things may be a little turned around when posting in the blog world. Your first thought becomes your second thought and your second thought becomes your first thought and . . . well you get the picture. I post ‘what was I thinking’ after posting the cartoon because it’s meant to be like ‘the director’s commentary’ after you have digested the movie.
From Myra Anderson . . .
As you may know, I am very new to cartooning. I think that this is a great way to express yourself as well as strengthen your ability to draw. My inspiration for this cartoon is my little cat - 'The Little Princess Tatiana' - my three hamsters - VanGogh 'Scoop!' Degas, Monae Monet , Gabriella Donatella Renoir . . . and you . . .
Also . . .
I have decided to publish my cartoons on a separate blog just in case I say something that may make you smile . . . a little . . .
This is my new journal about becoming an artist and the people, places, photos, books, money saving coupons, doctor's visits, cartoons, snacks, pets and toys that inspired me along the way. Why? Because I want to be an artist like my father.
